About Cavity Drain
Our cavity drainage system is perfect for basements or cellars. It is designed to control the water after it has penetrated the external structure. Using a polyethylene membrane, the system is attached to the wall to direct penetrating water into a drainage system and a sump before discharging the water from the building.
A cavity drain provides protection from the ingress of water. Suitable for use above and below ground the membranes are fixed to the walls with minimum surface preparation required. Once the membrane has been fitted, surfaces can be dry lined, plastered or screeded to finish.
